Our menu changes every other week and you can view the menu to the left.
Instead of the carbohydrates such as rice and pasta, this option is packed with lots of fresh vegetables ensuring you reach that target of 5 a day, avoiding those bloating carbs. This option has the exact same menu our Nutrilean plan and Bulk plan only without the carbohydrates.
