Our Bulk meal plan consists of the same menu as our Nutrilean plan, only it has a bigger portion size. The Bulk meal plan is perfect if you are working to gain extra muscle mass as part of a gym regime or need a higher calorie intake as it has minimum 500g and all the nutritional information is listed on the label.
